Delivery costs

Currently delivery is only available to mainland United Kingdom.
All prices are shown in GB £ Sterling.

For ALL orders the following postage and packaging charge will apply:

  • Standard £12.75 delivery charge (applies to all goods purchased).

Please allow up to 10 working days for receipt of your goods. However we make every effort to dispatch all available stock within 24-48 hours.   Any special delivery instructions in the event of no one being present to receive the parcel should be advised at the time of order.  We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. In the unlikely event of delay we will attempt to contact you by email.  We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

We try to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate; however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order.  If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order.  If this happens, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund for the item.

Returns policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, starting the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation, irrespective of whether the goods have been returned at this stage. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied.  Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a resale-able condition (including all packaging and tags).  Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account will be credited with the purchase price of the item.

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality.  In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, the customer should retain the product and contact Limited in writing or by email within 10 days of receipt, where upon a replacement or refund will be arranged.  If you return an item to us  that you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also refund you the cost of return postage.  If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know the process to return the item to us.

Refund policy (subscription only)

Please ensure you examine and are satisfied with the content outline and have tried the free drills to ensure they work, before purchasing your subscription. Once you have subscribed, you have a maximum of 28 days to cancel your subscription and claim a refund. Once the 28 day cooling off period has expired, you are committed to the subscription period you subscribed to.
