Either way, it will help you improve the development of football skills and abilities in your area.

The Player Development Coaching Programme will enable you to earn an excellent income by building a successful training business. Flexibility is built into the scheme to allow you to run this business in a way that suits you; full-time or part-time, as an independent provider; improve your team or club coaching methods or by outsourcing you’re coaching sessions.

We are looking for hard working, self starters who have a minimum level 2 football coaching experience but, more importantly, have the aspiration to deliver an improved creative technical football coaching programme to all ages and abilities. Franchise Programme Overview is an innovative, technical skill based football training and coaching programme which encourages players to develop their all round game intelligence.

To enable us to meet the growing demand for Player Development Coaching Programme training, we are looking for talented individuals who can deliver our programme nationwide through our Franchise operation.

What one of our franchisee thinks...

 Q- Tell us about you?

A- We'll my name is Dan Wilson I'm 32 and I'm the head coach for S20 Middlesbrough. I've always had a passion for coaching and have recently started to get more and more involved on the coaching scene as it is where I would like to see myself in later life as a full time job
Although my passion is coaching Goalkeepers there is a lot to be said for the outfield coaching philosophy which I enjoy reading and discovering. I also have a passion for Futsal and have been lucky enough to play at National League standard an have also work with the England national team ... This is an area I am looking to develop further in the near future
Q- Why did you decide to run a Soccer20skills franchise?
A- I loved everything about it, having worked under an S20 coach I found the philosophy and the attention to detail in a fun environment was something which I felt I needed to be part of to enhance not only my coaching CV but also my knowledge and understanding
Q- What's your thoughts on the word "franchise"?
A- I feel it's a good term because it allows you to be your own boss and work at your own pace. While there is a strict pathway to follow your delivery is what will keep students returning and it gives a great sense of independence
Q- What makes the Soccer20skills programme different to others?
A- I feel the S20 programme is different to others as it focuses on developing the player and not the bank balance. It gives the student fantastic tools through which to work and develop not only their skills but their confidence .... Something I don't think many coaching programmes do
Q- What advice could you offer to potential Soccer20skills coaches who are thinking about running a programme in their region.
A- Go for it! You won't regret it the support is fantastic in helping you set up and is always there if you need it ... Don't worry about any other coaching programmes in your area ... Be yourself and be unique.
Q- How was the set up from Soccer20skills?
A- Very, very easy and the support from not only the coaches but the technical team is second to none
Q- Any advice for potential for people who maybe interested in running the programme part -time or full time?
A- Definitely consider this if your ethos is to develop players ... If your out to make money for no effort then this isn't for you, you have to put the work in and in the end the success of the franchise is its own reward
