1- Beginner Demonstration. The ball is situated at the player’s feet. 4 maximum touches,right then left foot.Starting slowly the player moves the ball outside with right foot,followed by inside,like so. As the player builds confidence we ask them can they take the ball wider.The name Brazilian wings comes from the player learning to use arms to protect ball and aids how to balance.
3- Advanced Challenge. Ask the player to see how quickly they can do the move in 30 seconds and how many overall touches they can do.
