Drag Push

1- Beginners Demonstration. The ball is positioned in front of the players strongest foot. We then ask the player to place their foot on the ball. Drag back the ball with the sole of the foot and then push forward with their laces. The player then pushes away with their laces..like so. Its important the player practices with both feet.

3- Advanced Challenge- Can the player try and create a rhythm using both feet
