1- Beginners Demonstration. The player pulls the ball backwards and then pushes the ball forward and accelerates away. Please note- the foot should try and remain in contact with the ball throughout.
2- Advanced Demonstration.
3- Advanced Challenge. Can the player try and create a rhythm using both feet,how quick can the player accelerate away once they push the ball forward…make sure its still under control. Try now with both feet.
