1- Beginners Demonstration.The first movement is with the little toe which should be closest to the ball. The little toe goes around the ball leading and does exactly the same with the other foot. Try and create a rhythm and also practice moving your hand around the ball at the same time as the foot.This is creating muscle memory for the player in a unopposed environment.
2- Advanced Demonstration.
3- Advanced Challenge. How many continuances movements can the player make in 20 seconds using both feet. Ask the player to try and master this move against some cones or even better against a friend/parent
