1- Beginners Demonstration. The ball starts at the players feet. The player keeps the ball stationary and then puts a foot on top of the ball the player then rotates their body towards the ball like so Tip- Turn bum into the ball,and takes the ball away with the opposite foot using the sole. As the player builds confidence we ask can they go a little quicker
